How can government grants help the poor?
ByI was searching the net and suddenly i saw this offer on creating a topic regarding government grants, and i thought that the government should give more attention on the poor and needy.

They should look into each individuals case, if they are able to work, and support themselves then they should, if they are physically, or mentally unable to work then Government should help them, we Welfare and other programs already in place for such things, the main problem is the abuse, around 90% of people on those programs, are abusing them.

You want to help the poor? Best way to help the poor is to let them be miserable. They get tired of being miserable then they can get off their butt and go to work.
There are charatible organizations and churches that will help if necessary and there is always the Salvation Army.

They sure should. Give them an incentive to not find a job. distribute the wealth more evenly. If those people who are making millions can do this, they are obviously only earning this because they have some ability to either be quite intelligent and work hard, so it’s unfair to those who are poor and needy so some of their compensation from being hardworking or intelligent should be given to those who aren’t on their playing field.

Easily, they give grants to help cover heating, phone, etc costs. Those are biggies when you are low income.
I’ve been after this information for 20+ years and when I googled the subject there were too many hits for it to be helpful.
Try getting a book. Trudeau has an acceptable one..he even offers help with the grant writing (for an additional fee-of course). The Question man has one you can still find on Amazon-that one had too much help for the very poor-meaning that I couldn’t meet the qualifications and I feel dang needy.
