Government Grants for Different People

There are many government grants are available. If you are the right candidate for one of the grants, you can apply for the grants. Here are some different grant’s types, maybe one of them is suitable to you.
Grants for a non-profit business. If you are seeking a large amount of grant money or are seeking government grants for a non-profit business you will also need to prepare a proposal and other documents as requested. If you are an individual seeking grant funds for personal use you may only have to fill out a application.
Grants for capital need. Several government grants are based on a person’s income. You must check with the company to find out what their income level is. If you make over that then you don’t need to waste your time filling out all the forms, but if you make less than the required income level, you are a good candidate to get the grant.
Grants for handicapped. Government grants can help the handicapped pay for some essential things to improve their life. Some disabled individuals may receive grants to pay for car repairs, adaptive things such as car or other similar equipment. You can find the grants by foundation center,federal register,local regional foundations, national organizations and so on. You also can get the information from books and internet.
Grants for study. Contact the financial aid office of the college you are interested in attending. Financial aid is a wonderful way to help pay for school and the people working in the financial aid office should have knowledge of grants that are awarded specifically to poor students who wishing to go back to college.
Grants for woman.These grants are just for the ladies. These types of grants are created to encourage women to go back to school or to start up their own business. What qualifications do you need to meet? You have to be a woman. No unusual proof is necessary although they will probably need your social security number which would confirm your gender.
Grants for minority. There are many government grants set up for minorities. Minorities include people of certain ethnic backgrounds. You must first check your ancestry to find out if you qualify. If you can prove you are of that minority than you can apply for the grant. Some grants for minorities include going to college and starting up a business.

Do Conservatives generally hate government grants to poor people because they might be of a different color?
Or is it that they believe they are generally lazy. Or as most will likely assume both.

Conservatives hate welfare, because they know that 99% of ALL black people are on welfare.
They know if they can stop welfare payments, they can eliminate 99% of the black people in this country, which is what they want. They are racists.

How many times are people going to blame it on racism? No, it is not the color of their skin. Some people though that are unemployment to not put a lot of effort into looking for a job, because they can stay home, do nothing, and get the benefits. Trust me, I have SEEN this with my own eyes, I’m sad to say.

Conservatives generally hate government grants to poor people who are poor because they are lazy. A lazy white or black person deserves nothing if they won’t work for it. People of any color who have a genuine need I don’t mind them getting grants so much.

Why do people try to turn everything into a race issue when it is not a race issue? Why should those that work pay for those that don’t? Where in the world did people get the idea that this was in some way fair? It’s getting to the point where working is pointless, I mean if your offering to pay for me…have at it, I’ll quit working I’m tired anyway!

It seems to be the color, and the idea that folks believe that banks don’t want to lend to them. Truth be told even with healthcare the vast majority are white who don’t have insurance.
Do you really think banks don’t want to lend to the poor? Check out all those payday lenders at every shopping center. The govt has investigated them numerous times and they fought off the criticism. There’s no one foring lenders to loan to anyone, they loan to those they can exploit, and sadly the poor are exploitable.

Which is more compassionate – to show up personally at a local food bank with some groceries you just bought, or to smile that some of your tax dollars are going toward food stamps?
Many conservatives don’t like big government welfare programs because (among other reasons): 1) it’s less efficient than helping people directly, or through local methods, 2) it’s more open to abuse and waste, 3) it’s not very accountable
Assistance to poor people should be provided as locally and efficiently as possible. Running a welfare system for a country as large as the US through Washington is just begging for abuse and waste.

The govt doesn’t have a job. When they give out grants and low cost loans, they are raising taxes on someone. That means they raised your taxes or eliminated your deductions so you are working to pay for someone else’s bills.

However, I am certain that for some conservatives race is a factor, and an assumption is made that the majority of racial minorities receive government grants without paying taxes, which fuels resentment.

Liberals are the ones that make everything about race. I am strongly conservative. I don’t give a D4MN what you look like, where you come from, or what your name is. Race is completely irrelevant to me. What I don’t like is that much of my paycheck goes to support people who can work, but aren’t looking for work. I’ll say it again, CONSERVATIVES DON’T CARE ABOUT RACE. LIBERALS ARE THE ONES PLAYING THE "Boohoo, we’re being persecuted for who we are" GAME.

They simply hate ANY spending that reduces suffering and death. They prefer spending that murders and maims lots of people.
And, yes, being incapable of MATH, they DO assume that all the people who can’t find jobs are lazy — even though there aren’t enough jobs for everyone; AND they assume everyone who works is paid a living wage, even though most of the poor are working poor.
But mostly it’s because they VALUE needless suffering, death, and destruction.
