Do federal grants cover EVERYTHING for college?
ByMy mom is saying my sister’s federal grant covered EVERYTHING. I highly doubt college pays for itself. Is this true?
They DON’T cover everything and Im quite sure you have to pay back and if you die and you have kids the debt is going to be paid by them but that is hereditary

hell no. federal grant are part of finanical aid. which depends on your and your parent’s income, what’s the tution.

It might or might not depends on the school. If tuition, fee and other cost that financial aid office estimate come under maximum amount of Pell grant (federal grant), then it will covers. It will more likely for community college.
